Finally getting my basement cleared out and getting a 'gym' set up. Ive burned more calories moving stuff around than I'll ever burn on that treadmill!

1969 kcal Fat: 74.48g | Prot: 75.44g | Carbs: 201.15g.   Breakfast:  Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Martha White WildBerry Muffin Mix, Cream of Wheat Chocolate Instant Hot Cereal,  Chocolate Covered Espresso Coffee Beans. Lunch: Ole Extreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Tortillas, Dole Creamy Coleslaw, Tyson Foods Fully Cooked Buffalo Style Chicken Strips, Bolthouse Farms Cilantro Avocado Yogurt Dressing,  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner:  Sour Dough Bread, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Added in Cooking), Ready Pac Kale Cranberry Pecan Chopped Salad,  Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless) . Snacks/Other: Doritos Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips, York Peppermint Pattie (Fun Size), White Claw Black Cherry Hard Seltzer, Del Monte Mandarin Oranges No Sugar Added. more...

Lol! I worked to much this week, and I didn't even know you were past-post-creeping....but now I can fully appreciate it! My gym didn't get used this week, but I still love it. 😍

I just finished seeing your heavy bag post right before seeing this (without my glasses on) and imagined that was a boxing ring back in the corner.
