Didn't lift yesterday...again. Up at 4:30 for work today. Ordered a weight bench to be delivered the 28th and then I think I'll do way better.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 29.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When going to Walmart I make sure to stay away from those who are trying to crowd in. Also keep a germx in my pocket and use it everyone I touch anything. Ours doesn’t have any more cart wipes and have installed a hand sanitizer and paper towels at the doors for carts. I wipe down my entire cart too! I watched a video about wiping down every item you buy. I’m almost to that point I think. The vid said to leave things on your porch for 3-17 days otherwise. With outside farm cats and a dog I can’t go leaving food outside lol. Even the chickens come to the porch and would get into them.
