Weight is up. Got in 4 minutes on the elliptical. Today went for a short walk, maybe a mile. Realized that I needs schedule and that has to include what I am eating all day, just like when I left my house to go to the office. It's planning night tonight for the food for the week.
I looked at cottage cheese today and thought who eats this stuff but the first bite reminded me that I love cottage cheese. So that was an easy breakfast. Lunch was leftovers from Chinese dinner Saturday and nowi can focus on getting back to the diet!
