Bike 🚲 Rides kept my Sanity the last couple of days . Halfway through the Ride we stopped at the park & concentrated on Body Exercises:

• BWS
• Burpees
• Mountain Climbers
• Step-ups
• Sit-ups
• Push-ups
• the dreaded Lunges

Our Gym has started “Live Stream” today via Zoom. Let’s hope it works!!

Time for Congress to get off their a——!!
