Hope everyone is well and safe. Each day in Ohio brings additional closings - no sports club now - so, with the few kettle bells(kb), dumbbells, med balls, bosu, swiss, and pull up bar - will be crafting creative 30 minute daily workouts to help ward off weight gain when there is nothing to do but work, eat, and watch streaming channels. :)

12 pullups
20 hip ups
10 db push ups w/row each arm
12 kb goblet squats with push press at bottom
30 swiss ball circular planks
15 db hang clean press
20 (10 each leg) one leg db rows
20 med ball russian twists
30 (15 each leg) glute bridge with swiss ball
10 hanging leg lifts
15 kb swings
