Saturday is quad, calve and butt day. Cardio to tune of 65 minutes. Lovin the speed variation on the treadmill. Makes for a good run. Then hit my butt and calves. These got 5 sets of 12 reps on each set. Seated leg press I did 10 sets of 15 reps.
