I made low carb/keto lasagna for dinner tonight. I use deli turkey breast (1 gram sugar per slice) instead of noodles, everything thing else is the same. BUT I opened my ricotta and it smelled off so I subbed in cream cheese. It will work in a pinch but I prefer the ricotta. 1 pic before cooking and 1 after.
Son and I had to cancel our training session today because he got called into the recruiters office. He had to explain his weight loss since his last physical. Was not expecting that. He avg'd 2.5 p/week loss since his last time. So not super crazy but they wanted to check and make sure it was a healthy weight loss, not sickness or drugs I guess. Back to working out tomorrow. Yay, I need it.
