Yesterday was my first official day of eating Keto. Things I learned:

1. Tea with nothing added is okay, Brown Rice Green Tea with nothing added, is delicious and can stave off hunger to a degree.

2. Cheese and pickles as a snack are more appealing than ice cream.

3. Staying within my macro is incredibly easy thanks to the pie chart under my daily menu.

4. Staying under 50 net carbs is not as difficult as I expected it to be, we'll see if this remains so after 6 weeks.

5. I'm not hungry, so far.
