My workout last night was mediocre at best but I did up the weights to 120 on cable rows. Won’t do it often but it’s okay for the last set of 10.

Managed 3 pull-ups again. We had games so people I knew were walking by and waving and I decided to show off and I could o my get 1 lol. It was the end of the workout and I’d just done 70# on the peck deck so was out of energy.

On the plus side hubby found two guys willing to spot him and he jumped on the decline bench for a total of 405#! That was after two sets of 385#!

My decline bench was 85# lol. He still had to lift it off for me but the 95# always makes my back cramp mid push.

Oh well I’ll have a better workout tomorrow I’m sure. Just glad hubby met one of his goals. Now on to 405 on flat bench for him. Oh and the bar was bending!

That's freakin' scary about the bar bending! But awesome that he was able to meet his goal.

It scared me a bit too lol. Turns out the guys who spotted him were army recruiters. They were able to lift it off of him if anything were to happen. He will need to use clips next time just to make sure the weights don’t slide off!
