I gained a pound. Oh well, it's not really the end of the world, I know where things went a little wonky. Besides, it's all about feeling good, right? And I do, so I don't really care about that gain all that much. I'm gonna work out a little today, then tomorrow if I have the time, then I'll be back to going in the right direction.

Remember muscle weighs more than fat !! :) might’ve just gained a pound of muscle or just got extra water in ya

That's true! I think in this specific case it was because I ate quite a lot of sweets (especially ice cream) this week, but muscle and water weight are definitely other things that affect numbers on the scale. :)
