Today's food plan looks perfect - just have to hold off the corn chips! Baking some whole wheat banana bread tonight for the trip over the weekend. Weigh in tomorrow - might be a little high but who knows? Drinking a lot of water today which helps me to get rid of some fluids. Happy Hump Day!
