My meds upset the tummy but I’ve found if I eat a little breakfast it’s not so bad. Deer jerky and any kind of bread works (donuts, toast, snack cakes etc). Jerky is the best option even though it means I hold onto some more water weight. Decent amount of protein based on FS but I think it’s probably more as this is straight venison steak jerky with no added fat and the natural fat cut off.
