Woke up with an upset stomach again and now I’m super hungry. Was under kcal yesterday, even after mozzarella sticks from sonic, and I think that’s why.

Thought it was my meds causing the water retention as I read I could gain a few pounds on the one I never can remember what it’s called. BUT, after looking at my nutrients log, I found that my sodium has been over 3,000 mg a day for awhile now. Anything over that makes me retain water. So I guess it’s a combination of the two. I could also slowly be gaining muscle finally. It’s getting harder to reach behind my back to pop it :). Jean legs are a tiny bit tighter than usual as well. No difference in size that I can tell though.

Gonna find something to do to stay away from food until lunch. Another game today so I’ll be eating popcorn again. More sodium! Lol

You're figuring it all out. I'm sensitive to the sodium myself and am dealing with the problem right now. You'll get there with the muscle.
