Have had long time stress due to civil suit and my mother's death but has finally come to a conclusion so I can breathe again and quit crunching the carbs. and putting on weight. so back on a low sodium 1200 calorie diet to take off some of this lard that I have regained (plus some) LOL Am still trying to keep the sodium down
