So, I met my goal weight back in December, and then I lowered my goal weight a bit to find where my body was comfortable at. I wasn't sure how much more weight I was going to drop. Well, I have been hovering around the same 3 lb range for the past two months, and I think I am right about where I should be. I don't think losing much more to get down to that adjusted goal weight is going to be my natural weight. So I have adjusted my goal weight back to my original set weight, and will work on maintaining now. Seeing that lower goal weight number bums me out that I can't get there, but I know it is okay, and I am working on building muscle and maintaining my amazing loss! Thank you all for all of your support and motivation, without it, I'm not sure I could have gone through this journey and succeeded as I have.

Sounds like a really good plan. Having a weight that is realistic to maintain without feeling like you are straining every single day and feel wonderful and healthy is the "goal!" You've done amazingly and will continue... You and your ranch dressing! 😁 ❤️

Awww! Well, I am not big on ranch dressing, but you know the ranch seasoning you mix up with sour cream? Oh goodness... I can eat that by the spoonful on veggies! So glad you are doing well! 🙂 ❤️
