Oh yeah, I understood you Diablo. I used to think that nuts and cheese were better sources of protein than they are, that’s all. I still eat them! Just, you know, more sparingly. No food is “bad” in my book, unless it tastes bad. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I hear ya, adultosaur. Really have to limit cheese. :( I love cheese! Maybe I'll eat more when I really do hit maintenance and can afford a few more calories.
