So mad....
I was supposed to have another phone coaching session with my weight loss coach tonight, but something in my phone glitched out so that even with the ringer on full volume I missed her calling me (twice!) and had to reschedule.
Talked some with the boyfriend about how frustrated I am not seeing the numbers move on the scale, but thinking I look tighter, more streamlined. He finally realized that I get a touch aggravated with his progress (six months and he's dropped 15 lbs, looking damn tasty, while I've been at it over a year and am still struggling to maintain ten) but I do know there's a difference in male/female body chemistry.
Have added a couple little new things to my routine to see if it helps.
....and I'm contemplating making this:
a "motivational" picture for my diet. Happy Tuesday.

OMG I've seen that picture before... I'd never do it, but my parents would and probably did stuff like that growing up. In fact, I can think of several times my dad would open food in the store and start eating before even paying. Since he's gone veggie he's not as bad about it, thank god. Sorry you missed your session, hopefully the reschedule will work out ok! Have a great day!
