After pressing & pushing myself on the Chest Bench & DB RDLs, the METCON was a surprise:

• 30 Burpees Box Jump Over
• 100 Ren. Rows
• 30 Cals Assault Bike
• 100 KB Swings

And 885 Calories later....exhausted 🥵🥵💪💪!

I would love to do what you are doing, but my cardio capacity is shot due to poor lungs (self-inflicted). Keep up the good work.

Adam, what happened with your lungs? Pull-ups definitely requires strong lungs.

Moopie, no doubt on the WO. My wife said it was in the Top 3 routines, right next to “The Murph.”
