Hubby says we are eating out for lunch (between errands we need to do) and then his daughter is coming to town so we are taking them out to dinner. Husband LOVES to eat out (but also loves my cooking). It is going to be a challenging day trying to stay in my target calorie range, and get in any exercise. Opted to skip my morning smoothie and had a 2 T yogert, 1T raisins and 1T sunflower seeds, plus my tea. Hoping the mini breakfast tides me over until lunch.
