Mac & Cheese or potatoes?

Potatoes! 1.5 bags ore ida potato O’brian, 1 can healthy request cream soup, 8 oz sour cream and a cup of cheese. Mix soup and sour cream, fold in potatoes. Top with cheese and bake 1 hr on 350. Super easy and good! I make with ham or any pork mostly but was good with a hamburger steak too.
