Not surprised. Not eating healthy at all. Going to eat my vegetable platter today to make up for it! I see now that my decline started in early November when I started orthodontic treatment and my mouth was sore and tender. Then when that got better, it's totally better, came the Christmas chocolates. My health feels it, too much sugar, not enough fibre and light and freshness. Time to get off my lazy butt and start preparing food again!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
