You’re welcome, Nancy❣️ I was asked a few times on older posts for descriptions so I decide to be proactive here. 😋😋😋 this was a fantastic low carb meal. I skipped breakfast because I wasn’t hungry and I knew I was going to have a big lunch. #caloriecontrol

Protein style no spread with grilled onions is my go to. 😋😋😋 we are true foodies❣️ Eating the best, and omitting the rest❣️ 

All of this looks delicious! I threw together some chili today for some family that stopped by. It must be a chili kind of day. 😋😊 

Becc@, it’s #meatymonday Did you add meat to it?  

All I had was chorizo and that only qualifies as fat. Very fatty pork chorizo, but it did add a lot of flavor. The super yummy fresh pinto beans is what made the chili pretty tasty. I didn't eat any, but 5 young adults and teenagers said it was eeally good. 👍 

Lol chorizo didn’t come from a 🌱 it’s meat 🥩. Are you doing meaty moo free or meatfreemonday? I was doing moo free until accidentally ate a burger.... and meaty chili. Oops. 🙊  

I had bacon this morning, so my Monday was No Meatless Monday. I never accidentally eat anything. My eating is always intentional! 🐷😁🙋‍♀️ 

I mean I accidentally ordered a meaty truffle burger with balsamic mushrooms and onions and Gruyere cheese and a meaty chili, waited 15 min, ate it with a fork and knife accidentally, paid for it, blinked and it was #meatymonday
