I posted a long journal entry last night but it disappeared? Oh well, nothing exciting except the "IT" (scale) is playing games with me. The figure went up, but then again I expected it since with this woe the original loss was probably water and my body weight shifting BUT still it is aggravating. It shows 157! EEKKK I've been following the woe so give me a break "IT"!
Also I had a nerve test by a neurologist and yup I have moderate carpel tunnel syndrome in my right and mild in the left. Wearing a brace now and it is not easy to type so I'll keep this one short. Not sure how much I'll be on after today. Family coming in for the holiday weekend and I might stay clear of "IT" But I'll try to stay on my woe/wol as best I can.
