16-year throwback. DP found this pic on the left from 12/09/03 and I thought it would be neat to post a comparison. 22 years old vs. 38 years old. I've been at this for a long time. Maybe 165 pounds vs. 185. Only 20 pounds. Seems low but every pound is a struggle when you're natural. I wouldn't have it any other way.

Thanks for posting this - I needed a reminder that I'm in this for the long haul :-) And, that's okay.

It does get slower if you start at an older age but don't let this make you think it will take a looong time. I was pretty much at my genetic potential but 2005. 5-6 years in. I could never stick to being consistent for more than a year in a row and back then my diet was more restrictive causing me to drop out like so many others. Flexible dieting is my key and I believe it to be the key for most.
