Today's exercise before and after lunch... two 20 minute walks indoors, with flights of stairs, up and down.mixed in along the way. Total of 22 flights of stairs up, and 50 flights of stairs down.. Not sure how far I walked in total because I forgot to turn on the Fitbit at the start of each walk. However, I am at 5,700 steps so far today.
