Sore and sensitive teeth from my bands/spacers still. I just saw that my Mann's power veg. packages were recalled due to listeria. I'm quite grateful that I've been unable to eat them lately, as I didn't find out about the recall until I went shopping tonight. Looks like I need a few recipes for cooked and softened vegetables, I miss them! I've got the recipe books that I purchased over the summer so I'll have to hit them up for some nutritious cooked meals. I've also been withdrawing from Nicotine as I can't chew the nicorette gum with new dental appliance. I kept wondering why I was feeling irritable, and now realize I was in withdrawl, lol!
