Well, I haven't lost any weight in the past few weeks. However, I feel I have made some improvements. Swimming with my master's club twice per week and running at least once a week in the morning. Basically, each day I'm doing at least an hour of activity and that feels great. I've been feeling good at work as a result. Before, I wasn't as consistent. Diet-wise, I made some decadent chocolate peanut butter no-bake squares for a potluck...and wound up eating most of them myself over the next few days. I definitely feel these types of things are too hard for me to have around. I'm going to try to get myself excited about high protein/keto/low-carb recipes over the next while. I like to cook and I find this is a good way to stay healthy.
