I was forced to workout with machines on Friday. (Someone has the smith machine the whole hour I was there and I was alone) I decided to work the triceps twice. I went as heavy as I could on the machines. My triceps are still sore! Like so sore any arm movement hurts lol. Trying to decide it I should do a short workout at home today to work it out or hope it’s all gone by tomorrows workout. Pull-ups are out as I tried and was almost in tears.
Also super hungry today and also want to eat out of boredom. Trying my best to limit the food I’m eating but it’s not working much. At least I was able to stop at one snickers this morning!
