Ok, I didn't get cupcakes last night, just a bag of mini candies to share. People weren't expecting anything at all so that was fine.
Hoping that the pound that I saw on the scale this morning is water weight or something - weighing in tomorrow but if that isn't good then I will hold the Tuesday weigh in day. Personal mind games!
