I have the creatine and caffeine covered. The beta stuff is in my bcaa powder I think and I drink milk concentrate protein over isolate because of the taste and calories.

I have a couple canisters of a creatine drink I drink sporadically, usually if I start feeling low on energy or just want something sweet. I used to use the chews regularly and prefer them. I mix egg protein, brewer's yeast, and a vegetarian protein/vitamin/mineral powder during work week, occasionally whey protein at home on weekends or for breakfast in oatmeal with brewer's yeast. But coffee is every single day. Never tried the beta-alanine.
