Felt some pulling in the glutes today so purposely tightening them repeatedly must’ve warmed them up. Used the squat rack and put on 70# (115 total wt). Not great but muscular better than the short bars I’ve been using. (60-90#). LOVE the squat rack! So much easier than having hubby take the bar from me each time.

Field trip day! Burned 200 kcal before the gym. Probably more like 300. Walking all over with the little kindergarten group. Chasing the two of them just as much as they kept running off. Then intentionally walked on the side of a hill for the middle’s fishing day. Figured that would help the legs a bit too :).

Loving today as it’s looking to be a 1900 kcal day so makes up for the pizza last night and I get tons of snacks today. Most will be protein. Or I’ll save a snickers or protein bar for tomorrow rather than load up on 90g in the next two hours. Taco night! Yay me lol.

1400 is my bmr and I burn 1500-1600 normally. 1600-1700 on gym days. I normally try to eat 1500-1600 and up to 1800 on gym days. Burn or 200 over. My new medication has me up one minute and not being able to do much the next so getting just normal daily movement in is becoming a challenge. Well it was but I’m working on it and am now volunteering one morning a week so I walk to and from a school building at least lol. Then sit on my rear with kiddos.

Why Chris? The squat rack? Lol. Pretty sure some big guys weren’t too happy when I was there for 6 sets total. But they shouldn’t have been standing around gabbing if they wanted the empty rack.
