Sarah, I agree! That is why printed up a quote Bella posted a couple days ago. It is hanging in my kitchen, and I think I'll place it over the chocolate too!! 😁 "Don't give up what you want most in exchange for what you want now!" I love that! Thanks again, Bella! Jamie and eat_little, I have to move the chocolate out of sight from my family!! Too easy for people to just help themselves, and it works great to pull out a bar or two and share together. Then woof! It's gone! I'm allowing myself a bit every day. It is actually wonderful to be far enough away from my old, dreadful habits of hiding away my bindging behavior. I would have eaten so much and felt so horrible... Sick at heart. NSV!! 😁
