My coffee is too 🌶 🥵😳 ran out of red pepper flakes so sprinkled some that a friend gave us. I forgot that there ghost pepper chili 🌶🌶🌶🥵that will definitely wake you up in the morning.

FYI.... I feel sooooo much better friends!!🙌🙌 I never needed the other round of steroids hallelujah!!😊😊 I wonder if the ghost pepper helped 😂😂😂🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Chris.... better than pink cottage cheese .........😂😂😂😂😜

oh yeah!! I will have to try some cayenne. I already put cinnamon and turmeric in my coffee grounds.

Melissitwa 💕 I still have to finish out my antibiotics and I have one more dose of prednisone but I’m ok with that❤️❤️ Another course of steroids🤦🏻‍♀️😩 thank God I don’t need them.

My 🌶 ☕️ is on point this morning ❤️❤️😋😋😋😋 a tiny sprinkle of ghost pepper chili and cinnamon, turmeric and cumin with 1/4 GNC pumpkin spice protein powder ☺️☺️😉😉
