eating healthy. had a treat of a sliver of blackberry pie and a scoop of light ice cream. bought some fat free, low calorie sherbet to have on hand. hopefully this will help my sweet tooth in check. just trying to really watch my serving size and record everything. i have been making lots of healthy meals and packing in lots of fruits and veggies. i am feeling really good about everything. i weighed in today but i was still 230. no loss, no gain. last week was my first week and i wasn't really watching anything and didn't record everyday. i feel back on track this week. i have been diligently recording all my food and exercise. i have gone to the gym everyday this week. it feels great!
