I had a REALLY stressful day at work today. I didn't keep track of what I ate in FS, ate out of the vending machine, stress ate with coworkers, and got takeout on the way home. In short, many of the things that lead to binging for me in the past.

And, I'm ONLY 200 calories over for the day! (Unless I remember something else I ate). Obviously I'd rather stay within my RDI but I only went a little outside the lines and didn't throw my average for the month off track. 🛤️

Anyone else proud of any goals they ALMOST made?
