I don't know how to delete the extra chicken. Back to work today and I tried eating dinner at my lunch, but I was starving by dinner, and too tired to eat. I got my 10,000 steps in just while at work. It was chilly this evening and I didn't want anything cold, so I had breakfast for dinner with my yogurt, nuts, and 1/4 cup granola.

Next week I start my fitness classes, and I'm reducing my nicotine intake starting today. I'm hoping the fitness will cancel out the weight gain, but I doubt it. Last time I gained 12 pounds in 6 weeks and it hurt my knees and ankles! Also allergy season is back and I'm on anti-histamines which I know increase my appetite.

Just bringing in a big broccoli cole slaw tomorrow for lunch!
