Yeah, it was the Runs after each station that kept the heart rate in the 70%+ range for nearly 40 minutes!!

Diddle, at first I thought no big deal, but between Squat Thrusters, Burpees, 20x DB Chest Press and then head outside to Run, it burned the Cals!!
