Lost several pounds this past week, but overall I have lost 21 pounds in the last 3 months. I started FS in July. After the grandchildren left visiting for a whole month, I really lost weight. I wasn’t fixing crap food any more...lol. Those dog gone brownies, cupcakes and ice cream in the house, really was a problem...lol.
