It’s carnation instant breakfast chocolate. They say make it with 1 cup whole milk but I make it with a cup and a half 1% milk

Just throwing my 2 cents in here Mizteri, I use unsweetened almond milk for my protein drinks and anything that requires the be mixed with milk. It doesn't really taste any better but great for low calories and low fat. Plus it doesn't expire as quickly.
