Getting ready to start my 3 back to back 12.75-13 hours shifts☕️☕️☕️. I don’t do decaf.... it’s just brown sadness water😂 pre- logged lunch. Stocked up on healthy, high protein, high fiber snacks. I can foresee the aches and pains and swelling to come😩 Come on Thursday night 😬

I won't deny I am so loving the Texas Pecan I found - the caffeine in that seems to be triple regular coffee. But I have some nice decaff blends that have a nice flavor. I don't think I'm going to risk it at all tonight now - I'm already yawning and need to make up for a poor nights sleep.
