I've been lazy with weighing my fruit lately. I just started again and noticed that even with the safer fruit like oranges and bananas my counts may have been off by a lot. I just weighed a banana and it was 150 calories. The largest one on the site only has a count of 121. I also weighed an orange last night that I thought was pretty small. It was 85 calories. On FS the large is 69 calories. I eat so much fruit that these differences can add up. It's a good reminder to me more diligent in weighing if you want accuracy.

Lausingh...if I had your body, I'd log nothing. 🤣 which is why I wouldn't be able to have it for long. ❤️

I'm a metric convert when it comes to weighing solid foods. Two tablespoons of whipped cream weighs a lot less that two tablespoon of butter. 30 grams, though, is 30 grams, no matter what I'm weighing. It's the difference between weight (grams) v. volume (tbls).

I always weigh in grams, never ounces. and things like tablespoons for this type of measuring seems absurd. Since there are roughly 28 grams in one ounce it's easier for me and gives a finer granularity if you want to stick with integers.

Yes. Grams for everything.

I've been looking at MyfittnessPal ...just to try and get more accurate food values though I have lost from 167 to 128 using these counts. But now time to get more exact values.

Oh nooooo! I've been going by the size (inch/cm) guides on the descriptors. Are you saying the cals for these are off too? Hmmm. Better do a baseline wgt of my fruits! Darn!

Jessie...I have lifted every day since March 27th for an hour, give or take five minutes. I miss 3-4 days a month. Back in 2002-2003 I started lifting but haven't been consistent since then until the last few months. It just dropped off after I had kids. I challenge myself more and lift heavier now than I did then though. 💪🏼🤸‍♀️
