Last week vs this week. My arms have been shaking and I’ve wanted to hit something for days. Not angry. Just feels like adrenaline is running through my arms. I’m doing some medicinal changes. Quit one pill the started back. No change. That’s the one supposedly ‘helping’. Stopped the other two today. By lunch I grabbed my anxiety meds. That helps for about 2 hours then it comes back. Any frustration at all sets the arms to buzzing. Threw a pencil and it helped. So I mock punched invisible things all day and that helps for a few minutes lol. Thought it might be sugar or caffeine so I’ve not had any caffeine in weeks other than the occasional glass of tea. Only 7g of sugar today so it’s not sugar related. Hubby checked my blood pressure and it was up. 131/85 when I run 110/60-125/80 (my normal range of low to high).

Thought working out would help. Nope! Moved gym to tonight because kids had me hopping from 3:30-8 yesterday then had to make my dinner. It worked great while lifting at first. Then as my arms got more tired it got way worse! Deeds weren’t bad. By curls I wanted to hurl the bar in frustration lol. Abs had it setting down again until I got in the car and hubby and the kids started bickering. So now I’m having tea as the caffeine may help since I now know it doesn’t hurt. Oh and it’s worse when I have to hold my arms up for any length of time?? It helps to lay down and wedge my hands under my rear?? It’s so odd and I’m totally over whatever it is lol. Come to think of it, my day with donuts didn’t have me feeling so bad. Perhaps it’s low blood sugar. But my labs always show on the high end even fasting. Once mid afternoon it showed low but that’s because the lab didn’t test it until the next day. Oh and my shake mix has started making me want to puke. I’d thought it the new meds as it says not to get over heated and to be careful when out in the sun or working out. I’m to keep a normal body temp lmao. Headaches are back too :/. I think these things are somehow related. I just have to figure out how and what to do or not do. This moment right now is the calmest I’ve been in a week.

Oh yeah. Carbs and fats both down as well as overall kcal. Protein is normal at 121. Gonna I’ll the sugar/carbs soon :). Ya know what that means for me :D. Kinda wishing we lived in town and a pizza place was open. I could use two slices of pizza right now!

Hope the feelings settle down soon! I developed a similar issue (about 15 years ago) and started getting up at 5:AM every morning before work to walk fasted for an hour, just to get settled down enough to be civil.

Thanks. I’m so not a morning person lol. Did they find a medication that helped you? I do find that a cup of coffee, a smoke and an hour to myself first thing helps but only for an hour or two. Hard to do that during school though as I’m the night parent. And again, not a morning person lol.

No meds; sorry. I turned in my notice/ an owner was kicked out/ I stayed on. I got bored with walking and stopped, unfortunately. Big impact on my waist size. Plus met a fox, snapping turtle, skunk, plenty of opossums and rabbits, and the neighborhood herd of deer. I did not carry a flashlight. One little yapping ball of fur who got too brave one morning and nipped my Achilles tendon; he stayed back in his yard thereafter and was quiet. Have you ever tried 5-HTP? Definitely a sleep aid, but not sure about settling nerves. I have no idea about drug interactions. It's like eating a big turkey dinner and needing a nap.
