Happy Friday everyone. Today is Alive day 599. I am grateful for all the amazing people who have helped/challenged me to learn and grow. Especially my beautiful wife Jeannette. I had my medical check up today...a1c is 5.6...all other levels are normal (thanks for nothing pancreas) and my care team is amazed at my progress. I am truly blessed.
