I know it’s just cold, leftover baked chicken breast and cut up tomatoes, but it’s sooooo good! Fresh tomatoes from the garden, a bit of salt and fresh ground pepper make this light and flavorful—perfect for a hot summer lunch!

Lara - I was just talking about this with my coworkers. There is nothing like tomatoes right of the vine. The grocery tomatoes are so washed out of flavor. But the right of the vine ones, 😋 - I have a few tomatoes that came in and some chicken to use - you may see this one of my post soon. Simple, great idea!!
