Note to self regarding satisfying the need for variation long term.

Allowed desserts in small amounts. Berries, pineapple, kiwis, citrus fruit, melon and papaya.

Allowed vegetables occasionally. Carrots, Green Beans well cooked or roasted to reduce the heavy stomach strain of fiber.

Allowed Glucose food prior exercise. White Rice.
