Notes to self to prevent fat gain.

Bread and fiber makes me lazy and miserable for 36 hours. Results in low activity, boredom, stomach discomfort and depression.

Fructose blocks the feeling full signal, and overstimulates the appetite for 36-48 hours. Loosing appetite control leads to a miserable state of being.

Carbs can be eaten in small amounts only in the absence of hunger. Desserts basically. Use FODMAP to ensure very low Fructose and to eliminate stomach discomfort.

Seed oils like soy bean oil will go straight to body fat storage, and do not provide a sense of having energy.

Make sure to always have easy prep, tasty fat and proteins foods ready in the fridge.

Find Trauma Foods without Fructose and Lactose. Recipes need to be found.
Editing in. Lactose may be a good Trauma Food. Need more knowledge. Believe Lactose may be a way the body naturally deal with Trauma. The food need to provide very easy digestion, and provide comfort.

Adefwebserver Appreciate that, thank you. Prevention of obesity may be pretty easy. The hard bit is our food environment that is rich in foods that cause obesity all to easily. Building a defence that can be understood by people around us could come in handy, not only for ourself, but also for the person pushing these foods.
