Gained over 2lbs in 2 days. I refuse to hide from it! I have been drinking a lot of water but its not flushing out so I will monitor it. Maybe too much salt this weekend? The good thing is that I have an opportunity to get better acquainted with what I can and can't consume if I am going to be successful.
No worries, it's part of the process and besides...losing weight is only part of the journey.

I looked at your log and I didn’t see any kind of physical activity logged. If you know you are going to be sedentary on certain days you might want to cut back a bit on the calories or even do activity like walking. Remember, this is a lifestyle change for the long haul. Moderation and consistency and perseverance.

You can add a sodium category to your food diary to identify if certain foods are causing you to retain water. I usually see an uptick every time I have knorr chicken cubes in my soup. Very high sodium.
