It’s a milestone when you lose 12 lbs.in a month. I have been trying really hard to get the weight off. I have a 45th high school class reunion in August. I need a good portion of weight off me for this reunion. When I went to my 35th reunion I weighed in at 278 lbs. I was so embarrassed. I use to be this high strung young woman that always weighed 128 lbs. Well the last 19 years have been rough with my health and a back surgery. It hasn’t been easy to keep the weight off. I started my diet in the beginning of June. I lost 12 lbs. since then. I weighed in at 233 lbs. when I started this diet. Now I am down to 221 lbs. I will continue this diet and watch what I eat, and try to get back to where I was 6 years ago. I was at 150 lbs. 6 years ago. I use to do a lot of walking before I injured my back. Losing the weight, will help me get back on my feet walking again. I do look forward to my class reunion. I live 250 miles away from my hometown. Haven’t seen some of my friends since the last reunion.
