Yup. I haven't heard this before. Rings true. Similar to that you have to focus on health first and foremost. Know I hated myself when I was sugar addicted earlier this week. Not nice, and could lead to depression and deep self hate. Getting off this hyper appetite state took some power, but the reward of feeling healthy appetite again bring on a deep happiness. The dark cloud is gone. Self love comes back. Sugar addiction sucks big time. Wonder if it will get the press attention bit deserves. I've seen reports on it being reported as more deadly than tobacco.

I think you can love yourself and be overweight too. If you lose weight though, you will love the way you feel and probably also love the new you more.
