Third day of 1500 cal diet, and am doing okay on motivation. Having 2 smoothies made of 1 1/2 cup goat milk, frozen banana and ice to equal 1 quart which helps me get my four quarts of liquid down per day.

Actually already feeling better as dehydration makes for feeling tired etc. so getting enough liquid is essential, also fills me up so not so hungry.

Not keeping snacks in the house to tempt me, and that helps. Still have a long way to go in losing the weight, but this is the highest I have ever been in weight and have "back slid" pretty badly over the last 7 or 8 months
